These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions, inquiries, and orders placed through UFO Searchlight (hereafter "we" or "us"). By contacting us or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Project Inquiries & Information

All inquiries regarding the UFO Searchlight project are treated as non-binding expressions of interest. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or collaboration request at our discretion.

Orders & Payments

Orders for custom-built systems are subject to individual quotations. Payment terms are agreed upon a case-by-case basis. We typically require a deposit before commencing work on custom projects.

Delivery & Risk

Delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UFO Searchlight's total liability is limited to the invoice value of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
